Q.
So I need a portrait. What do I do? Just call and say
"How much is an 8x10?".
|
|
A.
Sorry, not that simple. That question might be appropriate for
your local department store photographer, but it won't tell you much
about a professional studio. The best approach here is to make a
visit to the studio. See some samples, tell us what you like and what
you DON'T like! There’s no obligation, but just asking us
the price of an 8x10 won't tell you if we're the right studio for you!

Q.
Well, XYZ Mart advertises $19.99 for 102 pictures! Why should I
call you?
|
|
A.
That one’s simple! Chain stores measure success by volume. The least
amount of time spent per person equals the highest profit, and sometimes
a simple "mug shot" is all you need, so go for it!
HOWEVER
... there are times of your
life that are above the average. A day for instance, when you realize
your children are growing up too fast... that the family intimacy right
now is precious and you want to remember this fleeting moment with a
sensitive portrait! Only a professional can spend the time necessary to
capture that kind of feeling.

|
Q.
OK, I can relate to that. But I hate having my picture taken!
HELP!
|
|
A.
Easy now... relaxing music... quiet conversation... let’s take it just
one step at a time. We don’t work with movie stars here, just nice
folk like you and me. No strange posing - it’s really quite fun!
|
|
Q.
Well, if you say so... what’s next?
|
|
A.
Why not take a look at the web gallery? The photographs are pretty small
and low resolution, but they give you the basic idea. Then send off an
e-mail. Tell us what you're looking for ... we’d love to meet
you!
